Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026.

These terms cover the Luckets iPhone app and the site at luckets.app, both provided by Dean Altidor. Playing the game or using the site means you agree to them.

The game

Luckets is free to download. A banner ad sits at the bottom of the game, and a full-screen ad plays about every 10 drops. You can watch a rewarded ad, pay $0.99 for Keep Level, or spend a lifesaver when a ball lands in a bucket you did not pick. Ending a run sets the level to 1 and keeps your shovels and lifesavers. $4.99 removes the banner and the full-screen ad between drops. The rewarded ad that keeps a level stays available.

Shovels, lifesavers, and power-ups

Shovels, lifesavers, Triple Buckets, and Bonzai are game items. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can be lost if you delete the app or the save on that iPhone. Timed power-ups last for the time shown in the shop. Triple Buckets and Bonzai do not run together.

Purchases

Keep Level is sold by Apple as a consumable in-app purchase. No Ads is sold by Apple as a one-time purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple. Buying Keep Level keeps the level you are on. It does not raise the level. Buying No Ads removes the banner and the full-screen ad between drops.

Usernames

You are responsible for the name you publish on the leaderboard. Do not use a name that impersonates someone else or that is unlawful. The board shows your current level, which can go down. We may remove a leaderboard name that breaks these terms.

The site

luckets.app describes the game. An App Store button will appear here when the app is listed. Until then, the site is not a download.

The service can change

The game, the shop, and the leaderboard can change, pause, or end. Saves live on your device and can be lost with the device. The public leaderboard depends on Apple’s iCloud.

Luckets is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Dean Altidor is not liable for lost progress, lost purchases beyond what Apple refunds, or interruptions in ads, iCloud, or the App Store.
